Answer: Concierge primary care AND true care coordination all for reasonable membership fees.  I'm alive and I'm extremely grateful to be alive because of Renee and my cardiologist. They continue to work closely to make sure I'm managing multiple and very complex conditions in the best way possible. I'm currently only taking necessity medication which is such a huge relief.  I have been seeing Renee for almost two years and to have my very own TRUE concierge care that is managed like true coordinated care. It's a HUGE difference and let me tell you why: Renee was able to confirm that another doctor misdiagnosed me.
